Refund Policy

As per our Terms of Service, Ring My Stylist app subscriptions require to be canceled prior to your next recurring billing date. Subscription fees will apply regardless of whether or not you use your subscription. We cannot provide a refund for accounts that have not been canceled before this date.

Refunds will not be provided for incorrect purchases or change of mind.

Ring My Stylist subscription cost

For Stylists – Enjoy a free seven-day trial. After the first month’s trial, the Subscription is auto-renewable, which means that once purchased, it will be auto-renewed every month until you cancel it 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription duration is 1 Month, with a $9.99 monthly charge. The subscription is discounted to $8/mo when you pay for a 1-year.

Text Messages costs

# We are loading your account with 100 complimentary text messages (SMS) for US and Canadian clients every month. You can purchase additional text messages for $0.015/message text (1.5¢).

# We are loading your account with 20 complimentary text messages (SMS) every month for UK clients. You can purchase additional text messages for $0.08/message text (8¢).

# For clients outside of the US, Canada, UK we are loading your account with 20 free text messages (SMS) every month. You can purchase additional text messages for $0.14/message text (14¢).

Refund or cancellation policies

Unless we state in writing otherwise, payments are due monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
