I have a new phone, what should I do?

I have a newly upgraded device

Lest say you have an iPhone or an Android phone and you just got the newest model.
You will go to the store (App Store or Google Store), search for Ring My Stylist, download and install the app, then log in. That’s all!

I have a different device

Let’s say you have an iPhone and you replaced with an Android phone (like a Samsung)
In this case, you will first cancel the subscription of the app on the iPhone.
Then you will start a new subscription on the Android device.
Then… simply login with the same account (user/pass).
That is all!

Let’s say you have an Android device, like a Samsung, and you got a new iPhone.
In this case, you will first cancel the subscription of the app on the Android device.
Then you will start a new subscription on the iPhone device.
Then… simply login with the same account (user/pass).
That is all!

In any of the above cases, your data will be saved. Your clients, appointments, settings, etc all of them are saved and backed on the database. In an event of changing the phones and moving the account from a device to another, it’s just a matter of canceling the subscription on the old one and start a subscription on the new one.
